TRADING TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Please read carefully Bolda Fabrics Pty. Ltd. Trading Terms and Conditions before ordering fabric.
If you are not in agreement with our Trading Terms and Conditions do not place an order – as by placing an order you confirm your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
Bolda Fabrics is a 100% Australian Company, printing on our exclusive base fabric, with the latest state of the art digital printing facilities, and we can print almost anything your imagination can conceive, including a single piece of your own original art, or from just 3 metres up to hundreds of metres of one of our extensive catalogue range of home textile designs, and with your own exclusive colour combination, large scale format, (See design library) and special project designs and colours for commercial, domestic and retail needs.
We can also help manufacturers with exclusive fabrics for their own product lines such as cushions, bags, dog beds or whatever is required.
Current base material has a printed width of 145cm. Pattern repeats vary over our range of designs, so please check the design repeat where necessary to ensure correct quantity is ordered.
Placing an order:
The colour or colours of a fabric you see on your computer monitor may vary to the colour or colours in real life due to variations with different computer settings. If you require an exact match, you will need to supply bolda fabrics with a colour reference, and you may also require a strike off. If in doubt contact email@example.com.
Bolda Fabrics can print as little as 3 mtrs of each design and/or colour combination. The number of colours in your design, or one of our catalogue designs, does not change the price. (see Price List)
For an order that is less than 10mtrs and is not one of our catalogue designs, but is your own design idea, a start-up fee of AUD$120 for the first hour will apply to cover a consultation with bolda fabrics designers to assist with your own concept.
If further consultations are required, or production set up changes are made, these will be charged at AUD$120 per hour or part thereof.
If a strike off is required, there is an additional fee of AUD$45, plus freight if required. However, this fee will be refunded if an order of 10 meters plus, is purchased.
Dispatch of printed fabric orders is normally 14 working days from date of order confirmation and payment; however, this may vary with order size. An accurate delivery time will be quoted upon placement of order. Bolda Fabrics cannot accept responsibility for delivery delays after dispatch.
Our Price List shows one prices for quantities ranging from 3 metres, up to 50 metres plus, and includes GST, but not freight/postage charges. All designs are printed onto our exclusive canvas-weave poly base cloth which is 250 grams per square metre. Printed fabric is charged per lineal metre.
Printed width is 145 cm on most designs, however some of our retro designs are printed to there original widths of 120 cm. Please check before ordering.
This stock base cloth may vary from time to time, however, this would be advised to clients prior to printing.
Quotations can be supplied for other base cloths sourced by Bolda Fabrics.
Any art work supplied to Bolda Fabrics for printing must be your own art work, or that for which you have permission for Bolda Fabrics to print. You agree that Bolda Fabrics will not be held responsible for any loss or damage from printing the art work supplied.
If you require plain fabric to coordinate with prints, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org, or if you need just plain fabrics, we can match these to a Pantone colour chart. But keep in mind every fabric texture can change the appearance of a colour so if an exact match is required a strike will be necessary. The price of plain fabric is the same as printed fabric.
Terms of payment are full payment of invoice amount before Bolda Fabrics proceeds with the order.
No refunds will be supplied if order is incorrect due to client error.
No refunds will be supplied if order is cancelled but already printed.
Any cancellations must be advised in writing prior to manufacturing.
GST and freight costs will be itemized on your invoice.
If you have a problem with your order, you have 48 hours after delivery to advise Bolda Fabrics of the problem. After 48 hours, it is considered that you have accepted the goods. If the problem is one that required Bolda Fabrics to inspect the fabric, you must return the fabric to Bolda Fabrics at your own expense. If it is considered a problem that Bolda Fabrics is responsible for, Bolda Fabrics will rectify the problem and your return freight will be credited to you at our normal freight rates.
Returned fabric must be in the same condition it was delivered to the client, if it has been cut or damaged in any way, we cannot consider a claim.
